PARENT OPEN HOUSE

We will be having 2 open houses for parents this summer. We ask that at least one parent attends one of them. At the open house you will choose your child's t-shirt, have a chance to meet your child's counselor, fill out trip waivers that your child needs to go on field trips, and hear important camp information.

If your child has food or any other allergies, takes any medication or has any other specific needs, you are required to meet with their counselor before they begin camp. Be sure to attend one of the two open houses.

Parents of children with food allergies will have an opportunity to look through the camp snacks and lunches to verify what their child/ren can and cannot eat.

Open House One: June 24th, 7:30 pm

Open House Two: July 8th, 8:00 pm

CARPOOL INFO
Camp begins every morning at 9:00am and ends at 3:30pm. Morning carpool is from 8:50 – 9:05am at the front of the building and afternoon pickup begins at 3:25pm and ends at 3:45pm on the left side of the building. If you are in Main Camp and you arrive after 9:15am, please park and walk with your child in through the left side of the building. Ring the office bell and you and your child will be buzzed in and directed where to go. The front doors of the building are locked during camp hours. If you arrive during the day, please park on the left side of the building and ring the office bell.

CHILDREN WITH ALLERGIES
Our camp is peanut free all summer due to a few severe peanut allergies amongst our campers. If your child eats anything with peanuts or peanut butter in the morning before camp, please be sure his/her hands are washed with soap before coming to camp.

PRE-CARE AND AFTER-CARE
Pre-care begins at 8:00am. We ask that parents drive to the back of the building and walk their child into the first classroom, where an adult will be waiting.
After-care is from 3:30-5:30pm. Parents are asked to pull to the back of the building and walk in to pick up their child.
Pre-care and after-care are available by the week only.

SWIMMING INFORMATION
All campers in our main camp will be swimming in full size pools. Rising Kindergartners will be receiving swim instruction once a week. They will also have the choice of playing in splash pad if they are not comfortable in large pool.

Swim days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We have a water slide and foam machine on site that the campers may use on Tuesdays or Thursdays (before going on their trips).

Please send a bag to camp every day with a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and water shoes with your child’s name.

  • If your child is not a proficient swimmer please make sure to send along floaties or any floating device that he/she uses in a full size pool.
  • Please apply sunscreen before camp and we will re-apply as necessary.
